Everything said and grasped, you mirror it. As entertaining as it can be at times, it scares the hell out of me. My whole vocabulary has to be filtered with you, imagine with my own?!
I bounce between baby fever and celibacy when I’m with you. Pure innocence. Seeing the world for what it is- anything is possible. Everything is interesting. No judgement. Direct from the heart. Mind you Ally has to be in a good mood. Do not attempt this when the look reads “if you don’t get out my face.” Can’t help but laugh at you. From trying to climb up to my bed or making me chase you for a damn hug.
Watching you grow, frightened to hold you as a newborn. I still can’t come to terms with it. Sleeping all the time to this little person who tells me “No, put me down.” Rough playing, upside down, throwing from one side to the other, you can’t get enough.

Your new thing is grabbing legs, sneaking up to scare you. Your laughter, I swear your laughter, gives me a weird sense of purpose. You jump from couch to couch, never mind the no wings. Dare devil in your own right. Amusing how you find injury comical. To not watch you is to not be wise. You are perfect in every sense of the word and some. If you find something you like, repeat and repeat and repeat and repeat. How can I say no right? You give kisses and tell me “I love ju” without hesitation.
